This policy explains what personal data Jining Huida (“we”) collects through this website, why we collect it, how we store and protect it, and what rights you have. It is drafted in line with the applicable laws of the People's Republic of China and the basic requirements of the Federal Law of the Russian Federation No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”.

1. What Data We Collect

When you submit an inquiry through the form on this website, we collect:

Your name;
Your company name;
Your country;
Your email address;
Your phone number / Telegram / WhatsApp account (if provided);
Business information you voluntarily provide in the “Products of Interest” and “Message” fields.

This website is a display-only catalog with no shopping cart, ordering or online payment — therefore no payment or transaction data is collected. The site also runs analytics tools (Yandex Metrica, Google Analytics) that collect anonymized visit data (page views, traffic sources, device types, etc.).

2. Why We Use This Data

To respond to your product inquiries, provide quotations and conduct business communication;
To handle OEM private-label cooperation discussions;
To send you business updates such as catalog revisions, within the scope of your consent (you may opt out at any time);
To improve website content and measure conversion.

We do not sell your personal data to any third party, nor use it for purposes unrelated to those above.

3. How Data Is Stored and Protected

Inquiry records are stored in the website admin area, accessible only to authorized personnel (sales and related staff);
The entire site is served over HTTPS; the admin area uses strong passwords and login attempt limits;
Data is backed up automatically every day, with backups archived regularly;
Retention period: the shortest period necessary for business communication (by default 2 years from the last contact, unless the law requires otherwise).

4. Your Rights

To request access to the personal data we hold about you;
To have inaccurate data corrected;
To request deletion of your personal data (except where the law requires retention);
To withdraw consent and stop marketing use of your data.

5. Cookies and Analytics

This website uses cookies and the Yandex Metrica / Google Analytics analytics services to analyze visits. You can manage or delete cookies in your browser settings; disabling cookies does not affect site browsing.

We may update this policy from time to time. Updates will be published on this page with the date noted. Material changes will be announced through reasonable channels.
